I love preparing meals for my little ones but sometimes, I lack time. So during the days where I need to head out for a meeting or to the office for work, I turn to Bellamy’s. 😀
Recently, Little M has started on solids and I am excited to get him to try all kinds of food! I made his first bowl of slow cooker porridge last week and also, his first bowl of Italian pasta. I am no michelin chef but I think with the help of Bellamy’s, I managed to wet Little M’s taste buds.
The Organic Brown Rice Pasta Stars are so cute and tiny, perfect for babies with those small pouty mouths. I used only a spoonful and it was more than enough. It is easy to make and if you have Bellamy’s Organic Pouches, you could do what I did and use it as pasta sauce to compliment the pasta!
Preparation is so simple:
1) Boil a small pot of water
2) Put in a spoonful of Pasta Stars
3) Add a little olive oil (to prevent the pasta stars from sticking to each other)
4) Drain the pasta
5) Transfer over to a BPA-Free serving bowl/plate
6) Pour a warm pouch of Bellamy’s Organic Pouches (I used the Organic Pumpkin & Tomato Risotto)
READY TO SERVE!
I suggest adding some steamed veggies such as broccoli, carrots, potatoes or tomatoes! 😀
Another tip I want to share with you guys about these Ballemy’s Organic Pouches is that you can also use it to cook a super delicious meal of CHICKEN BAKED RICE for your toddler! Big C loves it when I make baked rice and using this Organic Pouch is much healthier as compared to using a can of campbell soup (that is what other people usually use to make Baked Rice)! So when I over stock on my Bellamy’s Organic Pouches, I make Baked Rice! 😀
A little bit more about Bellamy’s in case you are wondering why I love this brand so much.
